• Please note that payments not received by the due date are subject to late fees as prescribed by DEQ regulations. In accordance with these regulations, the department does collect late fees for payments not received timely.   

• If you would prefer to make payments to the Department by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), please contact Monette Cleveland of this department at (225) 219-3863.  

• EPay Option.  Where your facility has the option of paying their invoice with a credit card or E-check. 
  • The system requires the facility's Invoice Number as well as the billed facility's Agency Interest Number (AI Number).  The facility's AI Number is located on the invoice next to the "PERTAINING TO:" facility name.
