The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality's (DEQ's) Risk Evaluation/Corrective Action Program (RECAP) regulation has been promulgated and became final on October 20, 2003. This regulation establishes the Department's minimum remediation standards for present and past uncontrolled constituent releases. DEQ has established this Internet site as a forum to facilitate the implementation of the RECAP regulation. The Department will update this web page to ensure that the latest information regarding RECAP is available to interested parties.
